Painting Service

We were doing some painting service for one of our neighbors while Olivia played on the wheelchair ramp and ate candy bars. She is so much help.

Olivia was awarded this latex glove face balloon for her hard work. She was actually a little scared of it.

Feeding Mr. Squirrel

There was a squirrel hanging out on our porch the other morning. We got some saltine crackers and fed Mr. Squirrel. Olivia loved it.

3D Glasses

3D glasses are so fashionable these days.

Decorating Halloween Cookies for Mommy

Video of the Monkeys Jumping on the Bed

disclaimer: This video is a little embarrassing for me, but the fact that I am posting this video shows how much I love my daughter. I got more dance skills than this which may be posted in a later dance video.

She'll Shoot You

You better watch out.  She'll shoot you.

Olivia loves to shoot everyone with our can of air/ dust remover.  She runs around chasing you with it.  She can't push the trigger though so she really does just chase you with it.  She get so excited and has the biggest smile on her face.  We help her by pulling the trigger.  She loves it.

A New Blog

I have decided to start a new blog.  Don't worry I am keeping this one too. This blog is mainly Olivia (if you haven't noticed) and I decided to start another.
I know what your thinking.  Who you?  The lady who doesn't blog for months at a time.  Well yes.  I have decided and I am doing it.  That's the end of it.

I want to focus on good things again.  I want to be optimistic again.  I don't know if it is the stress of being an adult, a mother, or all the crap that goes on in the world today but somewhere I have changed.  I am not as optimistic as I should be.  I look at all the bad, not the good.

So I started another blog.  This one is dedicated to beauty, motivation, photography, and wonderful quotes.  I just started it but check it out.  Let me know what you think.  Pass it around.  Lets all be optimistic together.

Its at

(and yes it is hard to find an address, they are all taken!)

Stolen Sippy Cups

Olivia's friend Clark left his sippy cup at our house the other week and Olivia loved it. She was pretty excited to have a new one. I mean look at the excitement on her face.A new sippy cup, YAY! I have to give it back?
I don't think so Mom!

I'm keeping it whether you like it or not! Ha!

Hiding Place

Look at my new hiding place. Sweet, huh?

Mom and Dads Bed

Mom and Dad's bed is the fun-est! I yell until Mom puts me up there then I play on the pillows. I play with the clock radio on there dresser. I turn the music on and off, and the volume up and down. We dance to the music. Mom throws me onto the pillows. We laugh. We smile. We do this everyday. Sometimes 2 times a day. Mom and Dad's bed is the best.

Laundry Day

I guess this is Olivia's way of helping with the laundry. Sitting on it watching tv. Entranced

Surfing the laundry basket
Oh no, didn't see that one coming.

Already Being Put to Work

Sweeping carpet is hard work but someone's got to do it. Well, maybe not but why not? Olivia is such a good helper. Kind of.

Lolly pops

Olivia loves her lolly pops. Once she realizes they come from the bank I am sure she will want to go there more. The other week I decided to scout out a new park in Frenchtown for a change of scenery. It was a great chance for a photo shoot. Here are some of Olivia enjoying the view and her lolly pop.

Bubbles

Olivia can officially say "Bubbles." It is super cute. "bub...uls." I love it. She said it all on her own this weekend. We were having a bubble bath and she said it. I was so excited. Bub...uls. What a cutie. Other words that are common are bu-bye, daddy, mommy, and dog. The rest are her baby signs. She knows eat, drink, more, and all done. She is getting so smart.

Olivia- the next vacuum mechanic

Yes it is true my daughter will possibly grow up to be a vacuum fixer-upper. The other day I was trying to fix our piece of crap vacuum that won't work and of course Olivia had to get in on the action. She loved it. I had my screw drives out and so she had to put a screw driver into any hole she could find. The best part is how serious she was about it. I am pretty sure she was trying to fix it. I would lay down to get a better view and she would come over and put her face right where I was looking to try and see what I could see. She would sit in my lap and try and fix the vacuum. It made it hard to do anything but she was dang cute doing it. Now all she needs is a toddler tool belt.

A Long Day of Church and Pig Tails

What happens when your daughter has had a long day of church with pig tails. Well by the end the pig tails don't make it. Although, it does make your baby look like this.

Still happy after a long day.
On a side note. Church has gone so much better the past couple of Sundays. Olivia made it all the way through Sacrament in our pew. Big step. Well she had to go out once but was so upset we went out she threw a tantrum and went back to daddy. After that she did pretty good. It was so nice. The rest of Sunday went good. I just can't wait until she can be in nursery. I think she feels the same. So much fun and so many cool toys!
