First Trip To The Park

These are some of the pictures of our trip to Caras Park in downtown Missoula. Ashley and I often go to the park for walks, bike rides, markets, and events. We had fun with Olivia. A little fresh air was good for both Momma and Baby.

Ashley was playing around with Liv and I caught Ash in the act of glamorizing her little girl. These two are so cute together, and they are totally best friends. The funny thing is that Olivia didn't mind wearing the glasses.

"Kisses Sandwich" When Ash was in late pregancy, I would often joke with her that something is coming between us because her belly was sticking out so far. Here we are trying to kiss in the park and look who gets inbetween.

Grandbaby number 4 for Reed and Melanie.

Liv has definitely been spoiled with Grandma's love this weekend, and she is kind of missing it when they had to leave back to Idaho. She can't wait to be spoiled by Grandma Thomas who is coming Wednesday!

Mom just can't resist kissing those cute little toes.

Olivia's First Photo Shoot

Ok this first one is our favorite. She looks like a pixie, a pixie full of poop. We have learned that recently.

Getting Ready for Parenting

"Redneck Timeout"

Disclaimer: this may look like our niece Jenntry, but it is just from an email I received. At least she has her ducky.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! May 11th

I am already tormenting our little girl before she is born. I got Ashley a gift card at a local home decoration store owned by a couple in our ward. "Real Deals" I wish I could give her more; she deserves it. She will be such a great mother. She is looking forward to quiting her job at Selby's Esco to be a stay at home mother with our children.

Picnic At McCormick Park

May 17th We had a picnic with Eric and Sara Roberts, friends from our ward, at McCormick park. It is 80 degrees and beautiful weather. Sara is pregnant with twins due in October. They are very excited. We are too. We took a walk/ waddle around the river afterwards.

I had to laugh at Ashley. She has to go potty a lot now. Olivia, you are really crowding her bladder these days. It is weird these days knowing that we could be parents any day. We are ready for her to come. Ashley's due date is in 10 days.

There is a log bridge to an island in the Clark Fork river near McCormick. Being the daredevil that Ashley is, she thought of crossing the log, but I, the responsible one, advised her against it. Sometimes it is hard being the responsible one.

Doctors Appointment

I had a doctor's appointment this morning.

12 days left before the official due date.

1.5- 2 centimeters dilated.

70-80% effaced.

The doctor said this doesn't mean she is coming right away or not but my body is working. He said it should make the first part of labor go a little quicker and maybe easier. How exciting. It is much better news than being at 0 cent. This gives me hope and makes me think I can do this. Yay!

I have also started having actual back pains, not sleeping great at all, and a sharp pain. All of it is helping make her way down and out!
